We are a local society, serving the needs of visually impaired people across North Wales from our resource centre in Bangor. We have four qualified rehabilitation officers working closely with Social Services in the counties of Anglesey and Gwynedd.

Audio transcription is undertaken in our sound studio and we are able to transcribe written information into large print, braille, audio cassettes, cds, mp3 and other digital formats. We produce Welsh language talking books and bi-lingual talking newspapers.

At our resource centre, trained staff and volunteers are able to demonstrate a wide range of assistive equipment designed to help those who have a visual impairment to maintain their independence and to live safely in their own homes.
